I became a lawyer to fight for the little guy who’s being oppressed, and I found my home as a traffic and misdemeanor defense lawyer.

I was born and raised in North Texas, attending college at the University of Dallas. That’s where I met my amazing wife!

After graduation and marriage, we moved to Virginia for my law school at the University of Virginia School of Law. The plan was to go back to Texas, but God had other plans in mind!

We’ve called Virginia home since 2004, and we love the novel concept of having FOUR seasons. 🙂

I founded the firm in 2008 so I could help every day people conquer their legal troubles. I LOVE being in the courtroom fighting for my clients.

When I’m not in court, I enjoy playing saxophone, riding my road bike, and working our suburban farm.

I also run a little YouTube channel where I educate people on their legal rights.
